Our Commercial team is involved in the identification and development of business opportunities and the profitable management of projects and contracts, from inception to completion.
As a result of the time and investment from McBride in my development, I have recently been able to progress into a communication role on one of our ‘Gold’ transformation programmes – SAP S/4HANA. I am now further developing my skills and academia in public relations.

The STRATEGIC Leadership programme aims to create the space for leaders to have the opportunity to reflect on their own challenges as a leader and how they can exercise strategic leadership within McBride, focusing on strategic thinking and the associated knowledge and techniques to determine a clear, strategic direction.
The programme is for senior leaders already in Strategic roles or identified through the McBride Talent Programme.
The programme is a blended learning experience, delivered modularly over a nine-month period.

Leading with IMPACT
Leading with IMPACT is designed to act as a bridge between the Learning 2 Lead programme and the STRATEGIC Leadership programme. The programme supports mid-senior level leaders who have been identified as having potential through the Talent Development Programme on their leadership development journey.
The programme is a blended learning experience, delivered modularly over a six-month period.
Delivered in English at various locations across Europe.
Learning 2 Lead
The Learning 2 Lead programme is designed to develop first time managers transition from being a great individual contributor to being a leader of others, developing critical people skills and knowledge to effectively manage and grow themselves and their teams.
This programme is specifically for colleagues who are about to move from the individual contributor status to a position of managing others for the first time, or who have made this transition within the last two years.
Four-day programme, delivered in two modules of two days.
Delivered in all McBride locations and all local languages.
Investing in ME
For individual contributors within McBride, this programme is two days in duration and focuses on providing colleagues with the opportunity to identify their potential, raise self-awareness and develop skills for personal effectiveness at work.
